A conversion of an Amiga Doom clone Cytadela project is a conversion of an Amiga Doom clone. It was also called "Cytadela". The original was created in mid 1990's by Virtual Design, and released firstly in Poland and then in other countries. Citadel is written in C++ and uses the most common libraries - OpenGL and GLU for 3D, and SDL and SDL_mixer for 2D, music, sounds and controllers - so it's easy to port it on many platforms. Requirements: · OpenGL · GLU for 3D · SDL · SDL_mixer What's New in This Release: · All levels from the original version are finally available · The game now works on Big-Endian processors · Added two info screens with with information about in-game controllers, displayed before training levels · It's now possible to use WASD keys for walking · The sound can now be turned off (using a menu option) · Some memory leaks fixed · Fixed a bug that caused displaying blood from walls on the OSD
