Wakawa MATE Description

Wakawa MATE is an open source edition of the Wakawa Linux operating system using the lightweight MATE, a GNOME 2 clone, as its main desktop environment. Wakawa is an open source and customizable Linux operating system based on Debian GNU/Linux Sid testing branch and designed to be ready to use as a Live CD. The system is stable as a rock, use few resources, and users will be able to easily install applications using the Synaptic Package Manger application. Wakawa MATE is distributed as a Live DVD ISO images, supporting only the 64-bit architecture. It can also be installed on a local hard disk drive.
