A Christian based Linux Live CD Slack4Christians is a Live CD Linux distribution with the following:Kernel: 2.6.27.27 Slax 6.1.2 kernel Build- Slackware 12.2 Display Manager- GDM and Slim (default GDM) Window Manager- Joe's Window Manager JWM 2.0.1 Sbopkg Package Management: Slackpkg Pkgtool sbopkg (SlackBuilds) src2pkg slapt-get/Gslapt from Slacky.eu Users/Passwords User: root Password: toor User: guest Password: guest Requirements: Similar to Slax, though minimum 256MB+ for best performance. Install to USB; use Unetbootin or included bootinst.sh Slax script. No hard drive installer; though it can boot from a hard drive partition as with USB. Info: A scratch-build of Slackware 12.2 combining elements & apps of SalixOS, Slax, Absolute Vector, SlackBuilds, Slacky.eu, Slackware 12.2, and my custom builds of JWM and Systray-Volume-Control. Made into a LiveCD/USB with Linux Live Scripts 6.3.0 Created for Christians & Writers who need a Persistent CD/USB distro that can boot off CD, USB, and Hard Drive. Just unzip slaxsave.zip, choose a size, unzip that and place on USB or Hard Drive partition and boot with Persistent boot option. IMPORTANT: the autoX configure script (from Absolute Linux) should auto configure X for you if it doesnt, reboot and choose the Vesa option.
