Prioritizer is an Adobe Air application that allows you to set priorities by urgency and importance.Sometimes, we’re tempted to work on that what seems most pressing, forgetting about our long-term goals. Prioritizer will help you recover your focus and become more effective.Prioritizer allows you to jot down all projects you’re occupied with. And all projects you’re gonna get started with soon or sometime. Do you have tasks that are not part of a project? Perhaps you can group them into a project. Otherwise they’re probably not worth your time.You will be able to decide the importance of each project by dragging the project to the right spot on the screen. Create a complete overview of what’s important, urgent and what is not.Furthermore, Prioritizer allows you to choose projects to work on by starring them. It may be tempting to only do stuff on the left, but try to spending your time on the long term-oriented projects.Then, check daily if you’re still working on only the starred projects. And don’t forget to mark finished projects as done.
