Interactive and innovative molecular graphics QuteMol is an open source, interactive, high quality molecular visualization system.QuteMol offers an array of innovative visual effects by exploiting the current GPU capabilites through OpenGL shader.QuteMol visualization techniques are aimed at improving clarity and an easier understanding of the 3D shape and structure of large molecules or complex proteins. What's New in This Release: · Now "Atom Rendering Tables" (ART) are accepted from the command line (with "-a " ). · The ART file is a text file redefining colors and space-fill radii of atom elements, as well as defining new atom (or pseudoatom) types as needed. · This is done to add extra flexibility, making QuteMol more usable as a viewer for other applications, like for example Nanorex. · Minor Bug fixes
