dummynet Description

dummynet is a handy OS X utility capable of simulating and enforcing queue and bandwidth delays, limitations, multypath effects and packer losses. dummynet is cross-platform and is compatible with Mac OS X, Linux, Windows and FreeBSD. ipfw is the main interface of dummynet and enables you to choose the traffic and the direction you want to work on. By using dummynet you can create multiple pipes, easily send traffic to various pipes, and build cascades of pipes.
