A webmail application written in Ruby which uses Ruby On Rails web application framework The Mailr application has been tested with Courier-IMAP but it should be possible to be used with any other IMAP server.NOTE: Mailr is licensed and provided under the terms of the MIT/X Consortium License. Here are some key features of "Mailr": · Uses IMAP protocol · Caches IMAP server connections · HTML and plaintext message composition · Addressbook (contacts) with possible import from CSV file · Ajax based autocomplete of email addresses · Mail filters based on Maildrop · i18n based on Sascha Ebach's manual What's New in This Release: · The system is upgraded to Rails 0.14.2 · The default session store now is ActiveRecord store · There is no usage of DRb anymore. The drb_services.rb file is removed. · There is a new caching algorithm implemented.
