Crowd Update is the solution that provides the most important details needed to make the best decision. You will get feedback from restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, and hotels. With nightclubs and bars, this app will return to you crowd levels, age group, type of entertainment, and who’s in attendance to name a few. Restaurant information such as parking, including valet, wait times or crowd density might determine your destination. These snapshots of information hold true for coffee shops and hotels too. Don’t find yourself going from coffee shop to coffee shop hoping to find a seat or seats to conduct a meeting! Check it out before you go or glimpse at the condition on your way. Furthermore, Crowd Update will save you time and money from unnecessary travels. Crowd Update is free and member driven. All dependable participants, such as you, input the need-to-know data pertaining to an establishment. We all depend on one another for feedback. You have to be in that place to update the system. Click the establishment on the app, and then click the update button at the bottom of screen. Next, select the appropriate pull-down buttons and leave a message to provide additional information. Optionally, some members will validate an update with a photo. Last, click “send” to forward the update. The update takes about 20 seconds to input. Members are asked to enter information that best describes the crowd situation at that moment, and at that place of business. The information is updated in the system within seconds and notated with date, time, and user name. Note: The existence of a blue eye indicates that a picture was taken and can be clicked for viewing. If there is trouble updating a location, it is usually because of a poor signal. However, please inform us with any issues, concerns, or suggestions within the app or directly to support@crowdupdate.com. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to seek solutions to make your interaction with this app gratifying. To compensate everyone for participating, not only will you get updates on crowds, but individuals will get a chance to win a gift card. After making the required amount of entries a week, those individuals will qualify to be in the weekly drawings. The start of the weekly drawings will be implemented shortly after the completion of the apps (TBA). Note: *Some reported percentages from Crowd Update may vary plus/minus 10-20% of occupancy. *If you are accessing the app with a weak signal, your location may not be accurate and therefore you will not be able to update the system. It is recommended to reload the app or start over. *While remaining in the same spot of an establishment, a member can only update every 15 minutes about that establishment if so desire. *Please, if it is possible, take validation pictures of friends in backgrounds or pictures that show a glimpse of your report, and consider other people’s spaces. *Please obey establishment’s policies where it may be stated “No pictures”.
