RemotePC Demo Description
Remote control your Windows or Linux PC over WiFi/Internet! Features: Mousepad with click on tap and mousewheel area. *Not in free version* Up to 200 buttons which each can be customized. Any number of Android devices can connect to the same PC. Easy sending of text, for example a web address or chat. Password protected for basic security. *Not in free version* Up to eight different keyboard layouts can be stored. *Not in free version* For Android version 1.5 and higher. No multitouch support. (The protocol uses UDP-port 5555. No encryption, use only on a secure connection). You also need to download and install a small Java server program to the PC which should be controlled. The Java program does the actual mouse and keyboard handling (operating system independent) and comes with full source. Download the Java server program at: http://www.linuxfunkar.se/data/KMServer.zip Unzip and start the program at the PC with the following command: java KMServer Recent changes: Mousepad and editing buttons is now enabled in the free version. Bugfix: Mouse wheel buttons didn't work. It is now possible to change the number of rows and cols and also the size of the mousepad. Added key N/C for the possibility of dummy keys.
