Derived from algorithms scientifically tested by the U.S. government and others, SleepER asks you just three simple questions to estimate your cognitive effectiveness relative to when you’re 100% rested. Did you know that the cognitive effects due to lack of sleep have been equated to those related to alcohol consumption? SleepER will show you when you’re as cognitively impaired as a person who is legally drunk (Blood Alcohol Concentration, BAC, > 0.08 in many places).
