Qur'an Memorizer is a beautifully rendered copy of the Glorious Qur'an with an immersive, natural interface that's easy to use in both landscape and portrait modes. Its powerful database backend includes audio and translation and allows you to search as well as create bookmarks and notes.You can even choose a part of the Qur'an for which you want the audio to play automatically. You can repeat each verse in the range several times, and you can also repeat the entire range several times. You can also have the app pause between verses, so that you can repeat after it. Finally, you can also dim out verses that are not currently playing, so that you're forced to remember them and not just read them. These features help you memorize faster.In both portrait and landscape modes you can turn the page very easily by simply swiping a finger across the page. If you tap on a verse, the app plays the audio of the verse and shows the translation and notes (if that's configured in the app settings).On the iPad, if you tap the icon near the top of the page, the app displays two toolbars. The upper toolbar is for invoking all the features like Search, Bookmarks, etc. The lower toolbar is used to navigate through the book very quickly. You can move the slider to quickly go to a particular page. You can also tap on the chapter (surah) name to bring up a list of chapter names. Tap a name to go to the start of that chapter. You can also do this to go to a particular page number or part (Juz or Para). Tap on the icon again to hide the toolbars. On the iPhone and iPod Touch, you can slide the page upwards to reveal the toolbar. The toolbar itself scrolls. At first the toolbar shows buttons for Bookmarks, Notes, Search, Settings and Help. If you swipe the toolbar to the right, the left side reveals buttons that you can click to navigate to a certain Page, Chapter (Surah) or Part (Juz or Para).You can have bookmarks on any number of pages. To set a bookmark, simply drag the bookmark down the page. To delete a bookmark, you can drag it back up the page. Tap the bookmark icon on the upper toolbar to display a list of all the bookmarks. If you tap on the blue arrow to the right of the bookmark name, you can change the name of the bookmark and also add some notes to that bookmark. You can also delete bookmarks from this list by tapping the 'Delete' button or by sliding across a bookmark name from left to right. Tap a bookmark to visit that page.There are many other features in this app that we think you will find very useful, inshaAllah.
