Adhan Alarm Description

Adhan Alarm is a software tool that allows you to see all the exact hours at which to pray each day in the Muslim religion, and if you happen to be of this faith, then you surely know how important prayer is. The interface of this application is very simple and easy to use, and therefore it is suitable for every type of person, no matter of their previous experience with computers. Adhan is the Islamic call to prayer and the root of the word means ‘to permit’. Adhan is called out by a muezzin (a person appointed at a mosque to lead and recite) five times a day, summoning Muslims for prayers, which are all mandatory. The times of day at which Muslims are called to pray are called Fajr – the obligatory prayer before sunrise, Dhuhr – performed in the afternoon, right after the sun moves away from its zenith, Asr – late afternoon, Maghrib – after the sun sets, Ishaa – in the later evening. Seeing that all of these prayers depend on the position of the Sun, it is clear why one might find this type of application useful. In the Adhan Alarm program you can see the exact time of when you should start your prayer in each day of the current year and you can also listen, play, pause and stop the Adhan. Furthermore, the language can be changed from English to Arabic.
