Pros: Cheque Maker helps you print checks. It can do so for multiple accounts and multiple payees in each account. As checks are issued it manages the account information too. The accounts can be in different banks too. The interface is intuitive and has options for checks, general ledger, payees, check books, accounts, check templates, banks, companies and reports. Maintain a list of payees so that it is easy to choose one when writing a check. The check template allows you to design a check template to completely customize checks you want to use. You need not worry too much about dimensions as the software would take care of that. Save as template and use it for writing checks for your payees. List of payees can be imported via an Excel file. That could be a way of printing out staff salaries for your company. While payee controls take care of individual payees the companies set holds details about the companies who are regular payees for you. Arabic and Hijri dates are also supported. Reports available are quite elaborate. Get reports on checks printed by account, by bank, by company, by payee, by check info and by account reference. Void checks report by account, bank, company, payees, check info and account reference. General ledger reports are available by summary and details. Check books by account, archived and active check books. Payees list and employees list reports are also available. You can see previews of these before finalizing and printing them. A wide range of printers are supported. Cons: While the functionality offered is nice it really makes sense as part of an accounting package.
