Desktop NetStat is a handy display plugin for Google Desktop that allows you to monitor your computer's network connections in realtime. Features Monitors all TCP connections (including IPv6 since v1.3); Configurable update speed (from half-second to 1 minute); Pause command; Simple yet descriptive interface: Left-hand side icon indicating whether the socket is listening on the specified port (), the connection is established () or the connection is in progress or closing (); Caption indicating the address and port of the connection, and the process that owns it (XP+); Right-hand side icon of the application that created the connection (XP+); ( if the application does not have an icon) Optional host and port name lookup (asynchronous) Details View (displayed by single left-clicking on a connection): Provides more information about the endpoints and the application Provides actions to INVESTigate various items (Google Search, Find executable, Close connection, etc.)
