If you need to share your Crystal Reports with others who do not have a license for Crystal use HammerLaunch. HammerLaunch is now compatible with all versions of Crystal Reports from Version 8.5 to XI! HammerLaunch is the convenient and economical way to share your Crystal Reports without having to purchase Crystal for everyone in your office! HammerLaunch has the ability to run, view, print, export, and e-mail reports. It also allows the user to do all of this from the command line. HammerLanuch provides a way for everyone in your organization to see the results of your Crystal Reports even if they do not have a licensed copy of Crystal on their computer. Similar to the "compiled report" feature available in early versions of Crystal, HammerLaunch allows users to browse the local area network to find the report they would like and then they can view the reports on their local computer. If the report was created with parameters, HammerLaunch will prompt them for the parameter values. HammerLaunch is NOT a web-based application. It is installed on each user's computer. HammerLaunch now includes the ability to add command line instructions that will automatically run a report or a group of reports. You can use this feature to create desktop shortcuts that will automatically run reports when the user double-clicks on an icon.
