When you have topic hyperlinked to a topic in another map, you can right-click it and choose ?Refresh?. Then data in this topic will be updated from the topic it?s linked to - either specific topic data or the whole topic hierarchy. You can specify what should be updated with a dialog available from drop-down menu on the MindManager ribbon bar. This allows you to easily master a dashboard that has information from a number of other maps.
