MeCanto is a flexible and innovative music platform that combines user generated content with content provided by service providers. The desktop client of MeCanto will enable users to easily transfer their music collections to their online accounts, then access it wherever they go.. Since some of you people out there have quite an extensive music collection this can be a lengthy process. So while the music files are being uploaded to the MeCanto servers the application also lets you listen to your entire music collection from your MeCanto Account even before all files are uploaded. This means that once the application is installed and running on your computer you'll have immediate access to your entire music collection from anywhere in the world and even from your mobile phone.
