Mindbreeze Enterprise Search Description

Enterprise Search lets you search through all your contents easily and fast. Find your e-mails inlcuding attachments, typical office files like Word, Excel, PowerPoints or even PDFs, multimedia like pictures and music. Find your stuff in less than a second directly from your desktop! No matter where your files are, Enterprise Search allows you to search within team shares and on file servers in your company's network (Server module recommended). It even can find web sites you have visited recently or looks up contacts and tasks in your Outlook profile. The client module is installed on desktop or laptop computers and is used for searching and indexing your local content. You will need at least one client license to run enterprise search. Indexing can be done from the client alone, although it is recommended to install a server module as soon as multiple users want to share the same indexes. The Index Server (server module) is installed on server computers and is needed for indexing common files in shared folders. It does not contain searching features, you will need additional client licenses for searching. Both modules are contained in the package (minimum purchase 10 licenses).
