PCinfo® MagicEYE Description

PCinfo MagicEYE is a complex database system that simplifies administration of tens or hundreds of computers. It contains a set of effective tools for IT management and employee monitoring. PCinfo MagicEYE will give you all necessary information about a specific computer, user or about a whole computer network. Monitoring users and HW usage Module MagicMONITOR monitors work of your employees. You can find out, which applications a specific user started and how long they ran, how long the user worked with them with which specific files he/she worked, numbers of keystrokes and mouse clicks in each application, who he/she was writing to through instant messengers etc. MagicMONITOR monitors also visited www pages - which servers and specific pages a user visits, how much time he/she spends there, which browser he/she uses, even the exact time of day, when this is taking place and, of course, complete results for all users. The last but not least part of MagicMONITOR is monitoring of hardware usage. It monitors printers ? printed documents (pages, user, time, printer) and CPU and memory loads. Automatic Detection of HW and SW PCinfo MagicEYE is based on automatic detection of hardware and software. PCinfo MagicEYE does not require manual entering of much of computer information, since it detects it automatically. Automatic Evaluations and Reports Complex information about SW and HW configurations are presented in a simple and easy to read form. IT Manager Tools PCinfo MagicEYE prepares a series of output print reports that show results for a whole network. Network Control Center It gives an administrator useful tools to manage a network. You can read in all computers in a domain, work group, or according to IP addresses. You can ping, switch on, switch off, restart the selected computers, send messages to their users, remote programs installation, etc. Remote Control PCinfo MagicEYE contains an integrated remote control function.
