We present a program for solving the systems of first and second order linear differential equations with jump perturbations. The known perturbations may be presented in tabular form. The result will be given in the form of power series coefficients. The system should not be solved with respect to the higher derivative. The program is developed within the MATLAB-6 system and the program code is open. Compared to standard MATLAB functions the form of initial and resulting data of the presented program is more convenient. The program makes use of the author`s new theory and of solution method based on a combination of calculus of variational and Pontryagin maximum principle.
