The application is basically a simple editing tool for the patch codes that saves the project to VPK file format. There is nothing complicated about the tool as it is just a text editor that saves the information directly as VPK. All the user has to do is type in the code and save it. Its functionality also includes the possibility to open VPK files and check out their content or make improvements to it. Notepad alternative for VPK patchesAccording to the developer, VKP Maker has been designed as an alternative to the default text editing utility in Windows, Notepad, which was used for writing and editing this sort of patches.
