VOM - Venci Orders Manager Description

VOM is a small and easy-to-use application that will help you organize your orders of products and services from different suppliers. Filtering and sorting data is supported as well as exporting to Excel. Usage: ￭ run vom.exe to start application ￭ Click "Edit Articles" add your articles each on new line. Click "Ok" to save changes! ￭ Click "Edit Suppliers" and add yor supplier each on new line. Click "Ok" to save changes! ￭ Click "Edit Batches" and add batch identifier of current batch consisting of 10 simbols in following way: YYYY-MM-DD, where YYYY is 4 digit year representetion, MM is 2 digit month representation and DD is 2 digit day representetion. Click "Ok" to save changes. ￭ Click "Add" button to enter "Add new data mode" - gree data table ￭ Fill in filds you would like. Fields with brown names are necessary! ￭ To add photo to current record right click photo place holder and select photo in jpg file format. The Pictures used by the program are copies of original pictures and are stored in pictire subfolder ￭ Click "Add" to save current record and to open new one, or click "Apply" to save current record and exit "Add new data mode" and return to "View data mode", click "Cancel" to discard last recore changes and to return to "View data mode"
