Verax Trouble Ticketing is a powerful application that allows you to keep track of all the incidents from your company. This helpdesk utility enables you to create a database with events and tickets for all the incidents reported by the employees. The trouble tickets ca be assigned to the responsible persons which can record the measures taken for finding the appropriate solution. The program can be used in any Internet browser and enables you to have updates about the ticket status in real time. Note: The application is free to use but is limited to 200 incidents, 10 users, 50 change requests and 5 SLAs.If you need to expand the database you need to purchase a license. The default credentials are admin" (login) and "pass" (password).
