It integrates functions of barcode, CRM, multiple locations operations, ecommerce, etc. Though this is an off-the shelf package, it comes with features that help it to be customized to your specific needs. Upgrades can easily be done even after customization is implemented. There are several customized versions available. These are for mobile phone retailers & repairers, apparel retailers, other retailers and wholesalers. The mobile phone version will let you create a plan combined with any mobile phone by a simple mouse click. It is also possible to automatically create a contract with a separated invoice for the carrier. The invoice created separately indicates rebate revenue, commission revenue and bonus revenue individually. Outstanding payments for carriers could be easily tracked. It will be possible to check details like IMEI/SIM numbers or when contracts expire. This tool works well with barcode scanners, cash drawers, docket printers, and security cameras. eCommerce features could be also integrated optionally. This integrated tool covers sales, repairs, inventory, purchasing, receivable, payable accounts features. CRM and e-commerce integration also is available optionally. Multi-store and multi-location features are enabled. The combined database supporting the functions could be quite large. Multi-currency operations are included, though the default is US dollars. This is a tool that is feature rich and integrates many important functions. If you have a need, this could be tried out. The trial version will hold 25 records only, though.
