Exports income data to Microsoft Excel for use with user?s own accounting spreadsheet/ package Shows statistics at a glance about user?s business, for example: Top Services / Charges / Items / Clients / Towns by income and hours, Total income, hours worked & miles travelled. Works in any Country that uses Dollars, Euros or Pounds. Full searching ability using following fields: Customer Ref, Customer/Company Name, Town/City, County/State, Job Number, Job Description, Invoice Number. Instant calculation of VAT / Sales Tax / Discount. Does not require VAT / Sales Tax figures to work. Allows certain Services/Charges to become free of charge. Shows unsent/overdue invoices.
