Using QD could lead to quicker time to market and significantly reduced development costs for embedded systems using microprocessors/ micro-controllers. QD enable quick design of the human machine interface (HMI). From user interfaces the C code required to drive that is generated automatically. The interface design including the actions and events that are required are decided as part of the UI design. The product provides API that can be used by programmers to develop complex logic, greatly reduce the software development cycle. The display designed with this tool supports multiple languages. Text scrolling, text color, font, alignment etc. could be set during development. Display of pictures and moving the pictures also are supported and these features could be built-in into your products. Display of scroll bar, rectangle filling, movements, dynamic changes in color and size are things that can be easily supported. You would be able to create containers including multiple elements and move the container as a single unit. These containers will support all the elements you can create such as text, images, rectangles, filling, container and other basic elements. Containers could be supported dynamically. Events and actions can be defined and the tool will generate the code to back up the actions defined. Most programmers/developers will be able to get used to the tool quite easily, it is quite intuitive. This is a very good product.
