This resale store management program provides full functionality for buy outright in resale concept resale shops including Rentals, Wishlist, Store Credits, Automatic price setting Matrix, Layaways and Consignment tracking features and functionality. A unique and easy to use Fast Buy screen, is designed to quickly process, handle and manage that very important Buy aspect of the Resale concept. The 'Fast Buy' screen also allows for interactive communication with the consumer protection safety counsel and Ebay. With an active internet link, product recall information can be checked instantly on the CPSC** website and current price analysis comparisons can be checked on Ebay's** website. Inventory numbering is generated automatically with each inventory buy session. A brand and style name is required when buying inventory, color, size and additional description are optional. Brand, Style, color and size are quickly retrieved from populated files that are supplied with the software. The type field in the style record allows the program to automatically determine if "Tags" or "Labels" will be generated for the items in the "Buy". The buyer only needs to further select the item condition, enter a retail price to complete a buy's line item and the screen is now ready for the next item. Multiple units of identical items will generate individual inventory numbers by adjusting the default quantity to any amount > 1. The inventory numbering within the "Buy" process will be even faster when similar items that are being bought already exist in the system and the entire line information can be populated from a similar item. Price point items can be added using a scanner and preprinted barcodes for the price point amount. Up to 5 levels of cost can be automatically generated for any inventory being added into the system based on any range of percentages that the store owner desires. Non-computerized inventory already in the store before going live with this program can be sold by the system without the need to enter these existing items. All inventory is tracked with vendor info, store buyer, sold by salesperson, time on floor, GMP, etc. Inventories are automatically updated for "Buys", "Sales" and "Return buys or Sales" at the completion of each transaction. Automatic bar-coded labels, tags and receipts are generated where needed within the program processes.
