EditBy Spectre is a multi-instrument real-time audio analyzer. Dare To Compare Spectre 1.2 sports three brand new "Compare" Meters. Also know as "transfer functions", these new meters compare two input signals spectrally. Features include the ability to set the delay on either trace any given amount. There are three Compare Meters - Compare Spectra, Compare Phase and Coherence. See how well they compare. Redesigned Audio Preferences We have completely redesigned the audio preferences in Spectre 1.2. You can Now disable unused input channels to reduce CPU usage. We've gone a step further by adding comprehensive Playthrough control. Go To Extremes Say hello to the Low End & High End Meters. These meters are a direct result of user feedback and our commitment to developing user-driven software. They live up to their names. The Low End Meter displays frequencies from 1Hz to 60-200Hz in intervals of 1Hz. The High End Meter displays frequencies from 6-16kHz to Nyquist at the highest possible display resolution. Remember, please send us your feedback and feature requests. BBC Meter Again, you asked and we delivered! By request, we've added the BBC Meter. Usually used as a peak (PPM) meter, it utilizes the BBC "Mark" scale.
