Underworld Evolution Description

Customizing the desktop is a task with a top priority for computer users when it comes to wallpapers, theme packs, screensavers, icons and gadgets, since it gives them the possibility of personalizing the screen's appearance. Some people even turn to their favorite songs or movies to get inspired. Underworld Evolution is a screensaver with a theme based on 'Underworld: Evolution', the second part of the 'Underworld' movie series. It can be easily installed and set up, even by inexperienced users. Once installed, the app is automatically applied as the screensaver of your desktop. So, the logo of the movie is displayed on the center of the screen, along with a snowing animation effect. Underworld Evolution is also supposed to play sound but this feature did not work during our evaluation, unfortunately. The screensaver comes with several configuration settings for users of any level of experience. Therefore, you can select the size of the animation (actual size, proportional, fill screen), adjust the volume and video speed, apply video effects and show the mouse cursor. It is also possible to uninstall the screensaver straight from this area. The lightweight app puts little strain on the computer's resources, as it uses a low amount of CPU and system memory. It has a fair response time, although it temporarily hangs when loading the 'Settings' area. Aside from the sound problem, we have not experienced any other issues in our tests. All in all, Underworld Evolution should please fans of the 'Underworld: Evolution' motion picture.
