The distribution features the MATE desktop environment, the controversial Unity user interface from the Ubuntu operating system, the lightweight LXDE desktop environment, XBMC, as well as the experimental Razor-Qt desktop environment. Using Linux kernel 3.12.0-2-exton, based on the upstream Linux kernel 3.12, LFA (Linux For ALL) is a stable distribution that includes popular applications, such as LibreOffice, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, VLC Media Player, Google Chrome, Google Earth, Wine, VirtualBox, Audacity, Clementine, and Pidgin. LFA (Linux For ALL) is distributed as a single Live DVD ISO image, supporting only the 64-bit architecture.
